Commercial Cleaner London, United Kingdom Part Time


Secure On Site is recruiting a cleaning team to work at a commercial building that we manage in Peckham, London with an immediate start.


Location: Peckham, SE15.


You will be required to carry out general cleaning tasks in the communal areas of the commercial building.


The same building will be visited on a weekly basis for cleaning tasks to be carried out.

Salary: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour.

Schedule: Part - Full time (16 - 40 hours per week).

 


Hours of work:

Monday to Friday from 07:00am - 15:00pm (40 hours per week).
Saturday to Sunday from 08:00am - 16:00pm (16 hours per week).

Total 16 - 40 hours per week.



Duties required will include:

- Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, toilets and bathrooms.

- Dusting and wiping all surface areas.

- Sanitising all public touchpoints.

- Waste management.

- Incident reporting as and when required.


What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience as a cleaner.

- Strong communication skills & customer service skills.

- Presentable personal appearance.

Service provision:

- Ensure that service level agreements with the client are met and that any shortfalls are

documented and reported to the Duty and Operations Manager.





General:

- Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager.
